These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Trisatech's website, licensed products (Trisa ERP, Trisa POS, Trisa CRM, Trisa Shop, Trisa Analytics), and flagship SaaS applications. By accessing this site or using our products, you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Trisatech website and products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or products.

2. Product License

Trisatech's developer products (Trisa ERP, Trisa POS, Trisa CRM, Trisa Shop, and Trisa Analytics) are provided under a Regular or Extended license as described on each product's pricing page. A Regular license permits use of the source code in a single end product without charging end users. An Extended license permits use in a single end product where end users may be charged, including SaaS/subscription use. Licenses are non-exclusive and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing by Trisatech.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) misuse, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the source code beyond the scope of the purchased license; (b) use our products for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm others; or (c) attempt to disrupt the security or operation of our website and services.

4. Payment and Licensing Terms

License prices are displayed on each product's pricing page and may change at any time without affecting licenses already purchased. Payment must be completed before access to the source code or implementation support is granted. Post-purchase support follows the duration stated for the purchased license tier (e.g., 6 or 12 months).

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Trisatech's products, trademarks, and website content remain the property of Trisatech. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of intellectual property; it grants only the usage rights described in Section 2.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

Our products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or that they will be error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

Trisatech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Termination

Trisatech reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Previously purchased product licenses are not revoked as a result of terminated website access, except in cases of the license itself being breached.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect once published on this page. Continued use of our website or products after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
